About Apex Machina, B2B cold calling software
Apex Machina is B2B cold calling software. It covers everything before the first meeting: finding the right accounts, getting decision-makers' verified mobile numbers, enriching lists, then running calls in sessions.
Our mission
A salesperson should spend their time on the phone, not looking for a number. Today, preparing a cold calling session takes four or five tools: Sales Navigator, an enrichment tool, a CRM, a shared spreadsheet. Apex Machina brings them together on a single screen.
Why an ORM, not a CRM
A CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) handles what comes after the meeting: pipeline, deals, contracts. Before that, there is nothing dedicated. Apex Machina is an ORM, an Outbound Relationship Manager: it handles outbound prospecting, from lists to calls and follow-ups, then feeds your CRM through export instead of replacing it.
Our principles
Public and complete pricing, including what costs nothing. A credit is only spent when the data is found. B2B data with traced sources, built-in opt-out for the people concerned, and hosting in the European Union.
Location
Apex Machina is a French company, launched in 2026 in Paris and hosted in the European Union. The product is available in French and English.
The founder
Apex Machina is founded by Thibault Husson. Over more than ten years, he built or took over four prospecting teams, and watched each of them juggle Sales Navigator, an enrichment tool, a CRM and a shared Excel file. Apex Machina is the tool he wished he could have given them.
